With a unique blend of leadership experience, technical fluency, communication expertise, and change management acumen, she guides companies through transformation with a people-first mindset. She knows what questions to ask, pitfalls to avoid, and actions to take for successful outcomes.

Sara's background includes leading HR and communications teams at four
tech companies, and she's a certified senior HR and change management professional. She hold Master’s degrees in both Business Administration
and Counseling, equipping her to bridge the gap between operational goals and human connection.
